Tawhirimatea and the birds

This is my wind writing:
I have learnt lots about the four types of winds.
I enjoyed making the voki it was fun.
I am wondering if I could add more characters in my story.

  1. Hi Liam
I like your story! You introduced the problem the birds were faced with and then told us how through negotiation a resolution was reached. I don't like a sou'easterly much either but every now and then a good blow and rain clears out the cobwebs quite well! I liked the way you acknowledged that Tawhirimatea still got bored sometimes but found other ways to deal with it. Would you say your story is about problem solving through both sides compromising a bit?

  2. Funny story Liam! I enjoyed how you bought in all the characters of the winds and the birds. I am wondering what made Tawhirimatea send the southerly in the first place? was he just being mischievous or was there a purpose? Thank you for using good paragraphs. Can you add your planning slide in too?

  3. Hi Liam,
I enjoyed reading your story about Tawhirimatea and the birds, and I think you did a great job of linking your conclusion back to your introductory/scene setting paragraph. Keep up the great work. Xx
